If you understand pacing, trends, hooks, retention, and know how to turn raw footage into high-engagement content — we want to talk to you.

🎬 What You’ll Be Doing

• Editing short-form videos for multiple brands
• Creating high-retention, scroll-stopping cuts
• Adding captions, motion graphics & sound design
• Repurposing long-form content into Shorts / Reels
• Following brand guidelines and maintaining consistency

💡 Requirements

• Strong grip on short-form editing (Reels/TikToks/Shorts)
• Knows pacing, storytelling, hooks, and retention structure
• Expertise in Premiere Pro, After effects and CapCut Desktop
• Creative mind + attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
