Key Responsibilities;

•⁠ ⁠Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a welcoming manner. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, and referring help desk callers to appropriate personnel.

•⁠ ⁠Responsible for management, maintenance and upkeep of the front office / reception area – making sure it is clean and presentable at all times

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the Enrollment to Institutions for International Students and communications relating to Enrollments

•⁠ ⁠Maintain meeting booking schedule

•⁠ ⁠Ad hoc administrative duties
