Description:
The Role: The Remote Video Editor will be responsible for the high-volume, quick-turn execution of short-form video content. You must be able to work autonomously, follow detailed creative briefs from our Lead Editor, and maintain exceptional quality control across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
High-Volume Editing & Execution
- Daily Production: Execute and deliver a high volume of short-form social media videos (Reels, TikToks, - YouTube Shorts, etc.) according to daily client schedules and quotas.
- Adherence to Standards: Strictly follow the provided style guides and templates (color, font, transitions) set by the TLo Productions Lead Editor.
- Core Editing: Execute precise cuts, sync audio, manage music libraries, and integrate essential on-screen text/captions for all videos.
- Quality Control: Ensure all finished videos are free of errors, exported to the correct specifications, and adhere to the 100% Completion Standard before submission.
Workflow & Technical Support
- Asset Management: Efficiently ingest, organize, and archive raw footage and project files from our shared cloud drive.
- Communication: Maintain open, responsive communication with the Marketing and Operations Manager (Nicole) regarding project status, deadlines, and technical issues.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite (specifically Premiere Pro) and other required editing tools efficiently to maximize daily output.
Required Commitment
- Schedule: Full-time commitment is required. You must maintain a consistent schedule with reasonable overlap with U.S. East Coast business hours (EST/EDT) for effective communication.
- Time Management: Must be highly proficient in managing time and multiple project queues to meet daily and weekly output targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in high-volume, short-form video editing, preferably for social media marketing.
- Client Focus: Must have a proven track record of excellent communication and dedication to meeting client visual expectations.
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory. Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a strong plus.

Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding audio sync, text placement, and color consistency.
