Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and foster a culture of academic excellence and research innovation.

• Ensure compliance with the regulatory standards set by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

• Lead the university’s growth and development in alignment with its vision, mission, and core values.

• Build strong linkages with international academic and research institutions.

• Promote quality assurance and effective governance across all academic and administrative functions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• PhD from a recognized foreign university.

• A distinguished academic career with a minimum of 15 years of teaching/research experience in a reputable institution, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of academic and administrative leadership, innovation, and international collaboration.

• Strong commitment to higher education reforms, ethical governance, and institutional development.

Terms of Appointment:

The appointment will be made as per the guidelines of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and the governing body of Nexis University. An attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
