Udhaar Book helps small businesses digitize their operations, manage finances, and grow efficiently. Empowering over 1 million entrepreneurs, Udhaar Book provides tools for managing cash, credit, stock, payroll, and e-commerce. This role contributes to the mission of improving vendor relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit vendors daily to update product listings and take high-quality photos.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information with vendors.
- Coordinate timely order dispatches to couriers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term vendor relationships.
- Assist in onboarding new vendors (mobile phones, accessories, cosmetics, tools).
- Monitor and provide feedback on vendor performance.
- Resolve issues related to product listings, orders, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve vendor management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation in business development, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience in vendor management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using smartphones or cameras for product photography.
- Knowledge of mobile products, accessories, and tools is preferred.
