Vendor Acquisition Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end process of identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with fleet vendors. The role involves vendor sourcing, contract coordination, training facilitation, and continuous performance monitoring to ensure smooth operational partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors through online research and inbound inquiries.
  • Initiate communication with vendors via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn to establish contact points.
  • Share partnership proposals, company profiles, and conduct meetings to discuss collaboration terms.
  • Collect fleet lists and prepare rate proposals for internal approval.
  • Coordinate agreement approvals and finalize contracts with vendors.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, including dashboard setup and training sessions for rental and non-rental operations.
  • Maintain WhatsApp groups for real-time coordination and support between internal teams and vendors.
  • Conduct continuous follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
  • Send monthly performance reports and coordinate meetings between Operations and Finance teams.
  • Handle new rate requests, negotiations, and rate confirmations for the finance department.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors through calls and ongoing communication.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in vendor management, onboarding, or operations (preferably in automotive, logistics, or tech platforms).
