Description:
We are hiring Virtual Assistants for our AI video and creative content team.
You will use advanced AI tools such as Sora-style video generators, Higgsfield, and other AI image and video platforms to produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
Your work will focus on turning scripts, ideas, and trends into eye-catching AI videos, animations, and visuals that match current U.S. social media trends.
This position requires creativity, strong visual sense, and a deep understanding of how modern content performs on TikTok and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools (Sora-style video tools, Higgsfield, AI image generators, etc.) to create short-form vertical videos and visuals.
- Design AI-generated images and scenes for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and carousels.
- Translate scripts, hooks, and ideas into engaging AI video concepts.
- Follow and adapt to U.S. TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, and styles.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with brand and performance goals.
- Continuously test and refine visuals, pacing, and formats to improve watch time and engagement.
- Organize and maintain content assets, prompts, and project files for easy reuse and scaling.
- Learn and integrate new AI tools, plugins, and workflows quickly as they are adopted by the team.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content culture, especially U.S. trends.
- Hands-on experience with AI video or image tools (for example Sora-style tools, Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar).
- Good visual sense for framing, pacing, transitions, and storytelling in short videos.
- Ability to quickly learn new AI tools, prompts, and workflows.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of marketing and content strategy.
- Must be available for night shift and flexible off days as required.
- Must be flexible with rotating shifts.
- Must have a laptop (Core i5 or above).
