Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced UX/UI Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing and implementing user-friendly web applications with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of React, along with proficiency in NextJS or Remix frameworks, Tailwind CSS for styling, Three.js for 3D effects, and Framer Motion for animation.
Expectations
- Design and implement visually appealing front-end web applications with a focus on user experience.
- Utilise React alongside NextJS or Remix frameworks to develop scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Apply Tailwind CSS for responsive and customizable styling.
- Integrate Three.js for dynamic 3D visualisations.
- Use Framer Motion to create interactive animations enhancing the user interface.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate closely with web developers and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop user interface components and implement them following well-known React workflows.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality code.
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services (Client side validation)
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, UI/UX design, and implement them into operations and activities.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure robust and secure applications.
- Work closely with the team to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Front-End Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, along with popular React.js workflows (such as Context API).
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN).
Good To Have
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
