eSpark Consulting Group is actively seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our rapidly expanding team in Karachi. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping how users interact with technology by translating user insights into compelling design solutions. You will collaborate closely with UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

• Develop detailed user personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes to guide design strategies.

• Work collaboratively with UI designers, product managers, and development teams to create cohesive design solutions.

• Translate research findings and business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs.

• Support A/B testing initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvements of the design system.

Candidate Profile & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.

• Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq.

• Excellent research, communication, and analytical skills to interpret user data effectively.

• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.

• A user-first mindset with curiosity and creativity to drive impactful designs.
