We are seeking an innovative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team at EnlivenAI Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, be up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, and have the ability to transform complex AI-driven data into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
User Research & Validation:
- Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and iterate upon designs to ensure user-centricity.
Design Consistency:
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and appearance.
- Maintain a consistent design language by adhering to and evolving our design guidelines and design system.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and integration of the brand across various touchpoints.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Ensure our products reflect the cutting-edge nature of AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Experience:
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio (including AI or complex system interfaces).
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Tools & Technology:
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Personal Traits:
- Excellent visual design skills with a sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to handle feedback and make iterative changes.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
