User Experience-designer

 

Description:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of this design transformation and deliver clear, modern, and user-friendly interfaces that improve the entire platform experience.

 

The main responsibility in this role is to redesign and streamline the full user experience. You will analyze existing screens, identify bottlenecks, simplify navigation, and design shorter user journeys. You will create complete Figma prototypes for mobile and web, establish a clean UI style system, and deliver developer-ready components. You will work closely with the Technical Manager, QA testers, and the development team to ensure your designs match real platform behavior, edge cases, integrations, and technical constraints.

 

Your tasks include structuring user flows for freelancers, clients, and admins; redesigning onboarding and verification screens; improving time tracking, invoice approval, and payout flows; enhancing the social feed and reel interaction design; and ensuring consistent UX across mobile and web. You will also reduce the number of screens where possible, merge redundant steps, and create a smoother, more predictable experience for all user types.

 

We are looking for someone with at least two years of UI/UX experience, preferably with mobile-first design. You must be highly skilled in Figma, prototyping, and user-flow mapping, and able to explain design decisions clearly. Experience working with cross-functional teams and understanding how developers and QA work is important, as your designs must be realistic, testable, and technically feasible. A strong sense of usability, simplicity, hierarchy, spacing, and readability is required. Remote work is expected, and partial alignment with Dutch office hours is appreciated.
