User Experience Designer

Sterling Tech is an upcoming software house which enables digital transformation for our valued clientele. You will get a chance to work directly with clients based on multiple geographies and work on developing SaaS products & other IT solutions.

We are looking for a young and talented UI/UX Designer to join our team! The potential candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements (including any technical limitations) by conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

Requirements

• You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field.
• You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
• You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.

Technical Skill Set Required

• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes of web and mobile applications.
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and animation design.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Ability to fill any role within the UX workflow pipeline, from concept, wireframe, compositions to implementation.
• Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
• Experience creating personas, journey maps, process flows, and user stories
• Good writing skills and ability to clearly articulate solutions to non-designer audiences
