User Experience Designer

Description:

We at nuSoft are seeking in-house, full-time Product/UX Designer. Our ideal candidate thrives in a small team environment and enjoys finding creative solutions to complex challenges. We are looking for someone who is creative, curious, disruptive, organized and has a desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design and user research to identify user needs and understand issues
• Champion user needs with the flexibility to adapt design solutions to development and time constraints
• Define problems, map user journeys, prototype interactions
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to turn designs into functional software
• Develop and iterate on design processes
• Collaborate with design peers to ensure designs meet user needs, both form and function

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product and UX design
• Ability to deliver modern, clean, well-thought-out interface design elements
• Ability to understand user needs and conceptualize solutions
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously, as well as collaboratively
• Ability to articulate point of view, strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• A strong portfolio that illustrates your experience and skillset
• Foundation in interactive design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

The team has members working from many different time zones so some overlap with US PST & EST working hours is preferred for this role. You will have to respond and submit a task to be considered for the job.
