What we're looking for:
✅ 0–3 years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing
✅ Hands-on experience with Mintegral, Google Ads, Unity Ads and Meta Ads
✅ Strong understanding of key metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV and Retention
✅ Analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing campaign performance
