Arcadian Lab is seeking a UA Manager to help scale our mobile games globally. This is your chance to work with a creative, data-driven team and make a direct impact on our growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, and other platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and scale profitably.
• Work closely with the creative team to test and improve ad creatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing UA campaigns for mobile games or apps.
• Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of ROAS, CPI, and LTV metrics.
• Ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
