Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (On-site)
Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Experience: 2–3+ Years

Zaphyre is looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience hiring for the US market and understand the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based technical roles
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Ensure compliance with US hiring laws and regulations
Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records

Requirements:
2–3+ years of experience in US technical recruitment
Strong understanding of US employment laws, tax terms, and work authorizations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite (no remote option available)
