Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, conducting sales calls, following up with prospects, and assisting buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout the real estate process.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn the U.S. real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Prospect and generate new leads through phone calls, email campaigns, social media, referrals, and online platforms.
- Contact homeowners, buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
Sales & Client Communication
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Qualify leads and determine client needs.
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents and property managers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Property Marketing
- Assist in marketing available properties.
- Create and post property listings on various platforms.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding properties.
Transaction Support
- Assist clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, contractors, and other vendors.
- Track transaction deadlines and ensure documentation is complete.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after transactions.
- Address client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a positive company image.
Administrative Duties
- Update CRM systems and databases.
- Prepare reports and sales activity logs.
- Assist with document collection and filing.
- Support management with various real estate-related tasks.
