Key Responsibilities
- Research and write medical and healthcare content.
- Create blogs, articles, website content, patient education materials, and other healthcare content.
- Simplify complex medical information for general audiences.
- Ensure content is accurate, well-researched, and evidence-based.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Follow US English and healthcare writing standards.
- Stay updated on medical and healthcare trends.
- Collaborate with editors, healthcare professionals, and content teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong medical research and fact-checking abilities.
- Good understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to write for a US-based audience.
- Previous medical or healthcare writing experience is a plus.
