Us Bidding Expert

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US Government Bidding Expert to identify, prepare, and submit bids for US government contracts, particularly through SAM.gov and NASA SEWP VI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant federal government contracting opportunities.
• Search and analyze opportunities on SAM.gov and NASA SEWP.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids, RFQs, RFPs, and proposals.
• Review solicitation requirements and ensure bid compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing and quotations.
• Manage bid documentation, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Maintain bidding records and track submitted proposals.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in US government bidding or federal contracting.
• Knowledge of SAM.gov, NASA SEWP, and government procurement processes.
• Experience preparing RFQs, RFPs, and bid proposals.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in IT hardware/software procurement will be a plus.
