Job Description:
Manage and scale multiple Upwork / Fiverr accounts to ensure high visibility, strong client conversion, and consistent order flow. 🌐💰

✨ Key Responsibilities:
Build new accounts from scratch – profiles, portfolios & sales strategies 📝
Lead client interactions: proposal writing, bidding, negotiations & deal closure 🤝
Identify high-value opportunities in US, UK, Canada & Middle East 🌎
Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets 📈
Collaborate with Web, Design, Development, SEO & Writing teams for smooth delivery 💻🎨
Mentor junior sales team members on bidding, proposals & client communication 👥
Generate performance reports and provide strategic insights 📊
Stay updated with platform algorithms, market trends & emerging niches 🔍

🎯 Required Skills / Qualifications:
✅ 4–6+ years experience as a Sales Closer / Account Manager on Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelance platforms
✅ Proven success in building and scaling accounts to generate consistent revenue 💵
✅ Strong portfolio of closed projects: Web Development, Mobile Apps, Design, SEO, eBooks 📱💻🎨
✅ Excellent English communication (written & verbal) 🗣️
✅ Deep understanding of digital service sales cycles & client acquisition
✅ Exceptional negotiation, analytical & presentation skills ✨
✅ Team management or mentoring experience is a plus 👔
