Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for an Upwork Specialist/Bidder. The Upwork Specialist/Bidder will be responsible for creating attractive proposals on Upwork for projects in web development, mobile development, software development, and technology consultancy. The Upwork Specialist/Bidder will also be responsible for lead identification, project negotiation, project billing and compensation, and client satisfaction management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of web development, mobile development, software development, and technology consultancy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to help in creating attractive proposals for clients
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create customized solutions according to clients' requirements
• Knowledge of popular bidding platforms like Upwork and how they work is a plus
• Patience and persistence to bid effectively on multiple projects and close them within deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred
