Description:
Retro Core Digital is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Sales Specialist (Individual or Team) to help us win projects and close deals for our Mobile App Development Services.
If you have a proven track record of securing projects on Upwork, building client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant Mobile App Development projects on Upwork.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients and manage follow-ups.
- Conduct client discovery calls and understand project requirements.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing to close deals successfully.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track bidding performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Generate leads for iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, and custom mobile application projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or Sales Specialist.
- Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and client acquisition.
- Experience in Mobile App Development, iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, or cross-platform app projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify high-conversion opportunities and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Experience handling international clients and software development projects is a plus.
