Position Details:

Industry: Design & Development

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi (On-Site)

Shift: Night (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Experience Required: 2–3 years in Upwork Sales

Your Responsibilities:
✔️ Hunt for relevant projects on Upwork
✔️ Craft compelling proposals and pitch to potential clients
✔️ Secure new business opportunities
✔️ Negotiate and close deals like a pro

Requirements:
✔️ 2–3 years of solid experience in Upwork sales (Design/Dev industry)
✔️ Completed education
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, proposals, and client handling
