Upwork Executive

Description:

We are seeking an Upwork Executive for a full-time onsite role located in Lahore. The Upwork Executive will be responsible for managing a team of freelancers and ensuring their timely work delivery according to the scope of work and high-quality Standards. Additionally, the Upwork Executive will work closely with various project managers, ensuring that the projects are delivered within the specified timeframe with high quality, and attending pre-bid as well as post-bid meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BSCS, BSIT or equivalent
• Experience of 2-3 years, preferably on Upwork
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of organizational and time-management skills, budget preparation, project management and project evaluation, and relevant software tools
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with project managers
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Knowledge of the software development process and the ability to comprehend technical language is a plus
