We are looking for a professional and experienced individual to join our team onsite in Karachi who can manage Upwork bidding and bring in clients through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be confident in writing effective proposals, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients.

Responsibilities

Write and submit proposals on Upwork to relevant clients

Generate quality leads using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and similar platforms

Communicate with potential clients and follow up professionally

Collaborate with the internal team to understand services

Achieve monthly targets to unlock commission bonuses

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding

Strong lead generation skills through social media

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Professional and goal-oriented attitude

Must be based in Karachi and available for onsite work
