Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

BEE CREATIVE (SMC-PVT) LTD is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of the creative and design industry.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding or international sales
• Proven experience bidding for design & creative projects
• Strong understanding of Graphic Design, Branding, UI/UX, Illustration & Creative Design
• Experience with Logo Design, Brand Identity, Social Media Desig Packaging & Marketing Design
• Strong proposal writing, communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition & closing international deals
• Ability to identify high-quality opportunities and achieve consistent monthly sales targets

What We Offer:
• Salary: PKR 60,000–120,000 + 3–4% Commission
• Timings: Monday–Friday | 5pm-2am
• Full-Time | Onsite
• Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 2, Karachi
