BEE CREATIVE (SMC-PVT) LTD is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our growing team and drive our global client acquisition and sales growth.

If you know how to identify the right projects, write winning proposals, build client relationships, negotiate confidently and close international deals, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify high quality Upwork projects in the Design & Creative niche
• Write customized and compelling proposals
• Manage leads, follow ups and client communication
• Build and maintain international client relationships
• Negotiate and close high value deals
• Contribute to business development and revenue growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of experience in Upwork Bidding, Business Development or International Sales
• Strong proposal writing and lead generation skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven client acquisition and deal closing experience
• Understanding of international clients and the creative/design industry

What We Offer:

Salary: PKR 70,000–120,000 + 4–5% Commission
Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 2, Karachi
Shift: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM | Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
