Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork
- Write customized, high-converting proposals
- Identify quality leads and follow up to close deals
- Handle client communication via Zoom, Google Meet, and calls
- Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with technical teams
- Optimize Upwork & Fiverr profiles (keywords, portfolio, performance metrics)
- Maintain CRM data for lead tracking and follow-ups
- Manage client negotiations and onboard new projects
- Train and guide junior Upwork bidders and review their proposals
- Support LinkedIn lead generation and outreach (plus point)
Requirements:
- 2 – 4+ years proven experience as an Upwork / Fiverr Bidder or BDE
- Strong understanding of Web, Mobile, AI, SaaS, and Digital Marketing services
- Proven record of successful project closures
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience in Upwork/Fiverr profile optimization and analytics
- Ability to handle client meetings and negotiations independently
- Leadership mindset with experience in training junior team members
