Upwork Bidder And Business Developer

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Upwork Bidder & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on Upwork, cold outreach, client acquisition, relationship management, and upselling services. A background in video editing agencies or knowledge of video production/post-production will be a plus, ensuring the ability to communicate technical aspects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Upwork Bidding & Lead Generation

• Identify potential projects on Upwork and submit well-crafted, customized proposals.
• Write engaging cover letters tailored to each client's needs.
• Monitor responses, engage with prospects and close deals.
• Maintain an optimal bid-to-win ratio by refining strategies.

2. Cold Outreach & Sales

• Conduct cold outreach via emails and LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract potential clients outside Upwork.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
• Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.

3. Client Relationship & Upselling

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Manage ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Regularly check in with past clients for repeat business.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or other freelancing platforms.

✅ Strong proposal writing & cold email skills.

✅ Excellent English communication (written & verbal).

✅ Sales-driven mindset with the ability to negotiate and close deals.

✅ Ability to understand technical aspects of video editing/post-production.

✅ Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

✅ Prior experience in a video editing agency or media-related business is a plus.
