Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Writing (Mandatory): Craft clear, engaging, and customized proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to attract new clients.
- Client Communication (Mandatory): Communicate effectively with clients in English to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- LinkedIn Profile Management (Recommended): Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles to build brand presence and increase engagement.
- Market Research (Recommended): Conduct research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive opportunities to improve proposal success rates.
- Brand Consistency (Recommended): Maintain a consistent brand voice and style in all communications and proposals.
- Feedback Implementation (Recommended): Adapt strategies and proposal approaches based on client and team feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. (Mandatory)
- Experience in online bidding and freelancing platforms, such as Upwork. (Recommended/Plus)
