🔹 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder at Retrocus. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for:

✅ Managing bids on Upwork and securing projects

✅ Communicating with clients and understanding their requirements

✅ Ensuring successful project acquisition and collaboration with the team

✅ Preparing compelling proposals tailored to client needs

🔹 Qualifications

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or similar platforms

✔️ Strong bid management, communication, and project acquisition skills

✔️ Expertise in client relationship management and negotiation

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔️ Knowledge of the Upwork platform and project requirements

✔️ Ability to work on-site in Karachi
