We are currently on the lookout for highly motivated Bidding Executives and specialists with sales and business development experience (ideally in software services) with excellent communication skills to add to our existing business development team.

Required Skills:

Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, People per hour, Guru, Freelancer, Fiverr and Bark)

· Excellent Written and Verbal English

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Expert in Custom proposals creation

· Able to close the sales lead

· Strong Follow-up skills and able to close the sales lead

· Must be good at targeted sales

· Multi-tasking and time management skills

· Detail Oriented and Self-Motivated

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.
• Find the right jobs and write proposals for them
• Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
• Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition
• Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
• Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those projects into long term sales
• Experienced will be preferred
• Leading to permanent job
