Description:
- Managing and bidding on our 6 Upwork accounts based in Pakistan, the US, Australia, and the UAE.
- Developing a deep understanding of our services to write compelling proposals that win bids.
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients and expanding our network of potential clients.
- Monitoring account activity, responding to client inquiries promptly, and maintaining a high response rate.
- Coordinating with our in-house team to gather information necessary for crafting bids and providing accurate project quotes.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, preferably managing international accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
- An exceptional track record of winning bids in the digital marketing domain.
- The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for opportunities and a relentless drive to achieve targets.
