Adwortise Media is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Karachi.

🔹 Experience: 2+ Years Preferred

What You’ll Do:
• Find and bid on relevant Upwork projects
• Create customized and compelling proposals
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients
• Manage and optimize Upwork profiles
• Communicate and negotiate with potential clients
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Achieve monthly bidding and project acquisition targets

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven Upwork bidding experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Upwork
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills
✅ Track record of winning projects
✅ Target-oriented and motivated
✅ Willing to work onsite in Karachi
