We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with at least 6 months of experience to drive client acquisition and sales growth. The ideal candidate is skilled in LinkedIn outreach and Upwork bidding, with a strong understanding of IT and digital services. Key Responsibilities:

 

Identify, research, and qualify potential clients on Upwork and LinkedIn.

Run LinkedIn lead generation campaigns, including follow-ups.

Handle Upwork proposals, bidding, and client communication.

Prepare tailored proposals based on client needs.

Maintain accurate lead records and track outreach performance.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings.

Help improve outreach strategies and conversion processes.

Experience & Skills:

 

6+ months in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.

Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and Upwork bidding.

Experience promoting IT, software, or digital services.

Basic knowledge of Email Marketing.

Strong written and verbal English communication.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.

Education:

 

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, BBA, or related field preferred.
