Description:

Dymax Designs is looking for a Upwork Bidder ,It is an onsite Karachi based position.

Job Responsibilities:
Bidding and sending proposals on different platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, etc. - specifically on graphics designing, web development related projects.
Understanding clients’ needs and sending proposals to the existing and potential clients.
Generating leads, Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
Project price estimation, client communication and closure.
Provide the project to the client as per their requirement,Meet the deadlines.

Qualification & Experience requirements:
A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science or any relevant degree.
Candidate must have knowledge of online bidders Platforms, e.g. up work, Freelance.
Ability to handle the pressure of sales target
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
