The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Generating Business, writing winning Proposals and maintaining Long-Term Client Engagement on the Upwork platform.

- Actively search for potential job opportunities and connect with clients on Upwork to bring in new business.
- Write customized, high-converting proposals for various projects.
- Maintain and regularly update the company’s Upwork profile to reflect strengths and latest offerings.
- Communicate effectively with prospective and current clients to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs for project scoping, timelines, and pricing.
- Follow up on proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals successfully.
- Keep an eye on ongoing and upcoming projects, review success rates, and improve how and when bids are placed.
- Stay updated with Upwork trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience working specifically on Upwork.
- Strong understanding of Upwork's policies, bidding strategies, and service categories.
- Exceptional written communication skills, especially in crafting proposals.
