Required Skills:

✅ Experience: 6 months – 1 year as a high-performing closer on Upwork & related platforms

✅ Strong understanding of CMS development (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, WebFlow)

✅ Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and design processes

✅ Familiarity with mobile app sales, custom software, and desktop applications is a plus

✅ Ability to support and collaborate with a Business Development team

✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

✅ Good understanding of sales processes & sales projections

✅ Excellent communication & organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing & supporting the Business Development team
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets
• Utilize Upwork & other sales channels to drive growth for our Web Design, Development, and UI/UX services
• Build and nurture strong client relationships with a strategic approach
• Understand web development concepts (WordPress, Wix, etc.) and effectively communicate them to clients
• Stay updated on mobile app trends & technologies to cater to client needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets through dedication and a results-driven approach
