This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about gaming and technology, and who have hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 4/5. As an Unreal Engine Developer, you will work on cutting-edge projects in the gaming, virtual reality (VR), and interactive media industries, contributing to the creation of immersive, high-performance gaming experiences.

The Unreal Engine Developer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining interactive 3D applications, virtual reality experiences, and games using Unreal Engine. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to implement gameplay features, tools, and systems. You'll also focus on optimizing game performance to ensure a smooth user experience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain interactive 3D applications, VR experiences, and games using Unreal Engine

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, artists, developers) to implement gameplay features, tools, and systems

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for game mechanics, UI, and engine features

• Optimize game performance for various platforms ensuring a smooth user experience

• Troubleshoot and debug code to improve overall game quality

• Contribute to project planning and design, providing insights into technical feasibility and best practices

• Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine developments and gaming trends

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Unreal Engine (at least 1.5 years)

• Strong proficiency in C++ programming, Blueprints, and Unreal Engine’s scripting systems

• Experience with optimizing game performance for different platforms

• Strong understanding of 3D math, game mechanics, physics, and rendering pipelines

• Familiarity with game development tools like debugging, profiling, and version control (e.g., Git, Perforce)

• Experience working with game assets (models, textures, animations) and integrating them into Unreal Engine

• Passion for gaming and a drive to create immersive experiences

• Excellent team player with strong communication skills

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with multiplayer/networked games

• Familiarity with VR/AR development

• Experience with particle systems, AI, and animation systems within Unreal Engine

• Knowledge of advanced Unreal Engine features like ray tracing, lighting, and post-processing
