Unity Mobile Game Developer

Description:

🎯 What You’ll Do:

Develop and optimize mobile games using Unity

Improve core gameplay loops, retention (D1, D7), and engagement

Integrate and manage monetization (Ads, IAPs)

Implement analytics tools (Firebase, GameAnalytics, etc.)

Assist in publishing games on Google Play & App Store

Continuously test, iterate, and improve based on data

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Unity (mobile game development)

At least 3 shipped mobile games (must share portfolio)

Strong understanding of monetization & game metrics (CPI, ARPU, retention)

Ability to work independently and think like a product owner

Passion for building and scaling mobile games
