Umrah Visa & Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and results-driven Umrah Visa & Sales Executive to join our growing religious tourism team in Pakistan. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by designing and selling customized Umrah packages to individual pilgrims and sub-agents, while simultaneously managing the end-to-end data entry and processing of Umrah visas. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills to close deals and the meticulous accuracy required to navigate Saudi visa portals without errors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1) Sales & Client Relationship Management

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from individual pilgrims, families, or corporate groups across Pakistan.
  • Consult with clients to understand their budget and preferences, providing tailored packages (hotels in Makkah/Madinah, transport, flights).
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, issue invoices, and secure payments/deposits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.

 

2) Visa Processing & Data Entry Operations

  • Collect, review, and verify all required pilgrim documentation (passports, photos, identity documents) for compliance.
  • Accurately input pilgrim data into official Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah portals, including Nusuk Business and Maqam.
  • Track visa application statuses daily, resolve any rejection issues, and ensure visas are issued ahead of flight departures.
  • Coordinate with the ticketing and hotel operations teams to ensure visa data aligns perfectly with flight itineraries and hotel vouchers.

 

3) Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of [2–3 years] of proven experience in travel sales, specifically handling Hajj and Umrah packages in Pakistan.
  • Technical Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience entering data and navigating Saudi B2B Umrah portals (Nusuk, Maqam, etc.).
  • Data Accuracy: Exceptional typing speed and near-perfect attention to detail to prevent spelling or passport number mismatches.
  • Languages: Fluency in Urdu and English.
  • Customer Service: Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly during peak seasons like Ramadan.
