Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in booking Umrah packages

* Provide guidance on flights, visas, hotels, and transport

* Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email

* Coordinate Umrah travel arrangements smoothly

* Deliver excellent customer service to pilgrims

Requirements:

✔️ Experience in travel sales or Umrah/Hajj industry preferred

✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills

✔️ Ability to work with booking systems and travel tools

✔️ Knowledge of travel arrangements to Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi is a plus

Minimum Education: Graduation
