☑️ Respond to Umrah and holiday inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and live chat.

☑️ Prepare quotes for flights, hotels, visas, and transport.

☑️ Coordinate with the UK team and suppliers in Saudi Arabia.

☑️ Follow up with clients and confirm bookings.

☑️ Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high satisfaction.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

📋Good communication skills in English & Urdu.

📋Familiarity with GDS (Sabre/Galileo) or hotel booking portals (Agoda, Booking.com, etc.) is a plus.

📋Confident, organized, and ready to grow with the company.
