Axtra Studios is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX - Social Media Designer to join our growing team. This role is suited for a mid-level designer who can independently handle day-to-day design tasks, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with developers, marketers, and other team members to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative and engaging visuals for social media platforms, including posts, carousels, stories, and reels.
Create clean and user-friendly UI designs for websites and mobile applications.
Develop wireframes, basic prototypes, and design layouts when required.
Work with existing brand guidelines to maintain consistency across digital content.
Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Create marketing and promotional graphics for company and client projects.
Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.
Make design revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
Stay updated with current design trends and social media content styles.
Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.
Maintain organized design files and assets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant design experience in UI/UX, social media, graphic design, or a similar role. (Freshers with strong designing skills are encouraged to apply.)
Good understanding of basic UI/UX principles and visual design.
Experience designing social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Basic understanding of responsive design and web/mobile interfaces.
Good understanding of typography, spacing, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in designs.
Ability to understand feedback and make revisions accordingly.
Good communication and time-management skills.
