Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into engaging and intuitive user interfaces
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions
Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and data-driven insights
Maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across products
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
