Description:
As a UI/UX Designer at Crownsoft, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with our development and product management teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our users' needs and translate them into innovative design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a blend of creative and technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.
𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and refine design approaches.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components for mobile and web applications.
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
- Ensure that all design elements, templates, and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by development and design.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, incorporating them into designs to enhance user experiences.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs and provide design support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and set best practices and standards for UI/UX design across platforms and devices.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to push the boundaries of what is possible in user interface design.
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Must have Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tool Figma.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
