Description:
Array Digitals is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating user-friendly interfaces for websites, web, and mobile applications. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with project managers, developers, and other designers to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop intuitive, user-friendly designs for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other designers to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure project consistency.
- Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong knowledge of user interface design principles, web design best practices, and mobile design patterns.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Figma, or Axure.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other designers, developers, and project managers.
- Passion for UI/UX design and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
