PayNest, a leading fintech company, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences for cutting-edge fintech applications and SuperApp projects.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into compelling digital interfaces. Your expertise in design tools and wireframing will help shape the future of PayNest’s user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the customer experience.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard design tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.

• Create design solutions tailored to fintech and SuperApp ecosystems.

• Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all platforms.

• Incorporate user feedback and usability findings to refine designs.

• Deliver final design assets to developers and support implementation.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven UI/UX design experience.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.

• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

• Prior experience working on fintech products or SuperApp projects is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is mandatory.

• Ability to join the team onsite in Karachi, preferably within 15 days.
