Ui/ux Designer

Description:

GeniAi is on a mission to build the next generation of AI-enhanced productivity and management tools, taking inspiration from platforms like Jira, Todoist, Notion, Trello, and others. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can deliver clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces that redefine how teams collaborate and get work done.

This is a remote, full-time, contract-based role where you’ll work at the cutting edge of productivity software design—helping us create smart, user-focused web and mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end UX flows for web and mobile platforms

• Build low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to shape features from idea to execution

• Design intuitive dashboards, task management systems, project tools, and calendar experiences

• Apply best practices in UX design specifically tailored for productivity and SaaS platforms

• Continuously iterate on user feedback to refine UI elements and flows

Requirements:

• Strong command of Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems

• A solid portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX work (especially SaaS, productivity tools, or mobile/web applications)

• Understanding of UX strategies, usability principles, and user journey mapping

• Ability to translate product ideas and user needs into clean design solutions

• Bonus: Experience designing for tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or Todoist
