Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering intuitive, user-centered designs that elevate the user experience across web and mobile platforms. As a UI/UX Designer, you'll work closely with frontend developers, project managers, and clients to ensure designs meet business goals and delight users.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and communicate design ideas.
- Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to improve user experiences.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.
- Ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or tech company.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and interaction design.
- Solid experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of frontend development.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio of past UI/UX projects.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Great communication skills and a strong team player attitude.
